做电和做屋顶的同时， 找做暖气和厨房， 厕所的估计。 

做电的分两步， 第一步布线， 三个人， attic and crawl space里爬来爬去， 打了大约30个洞， 墙外装了新的service panel. city inspection on rough wiring, 过了， 电工就走了， 说等厨房修完了再来。

暖气的很容易， 1个星期布管道， 天花板上打洞装出风， 进风口。 新建煤气管道。 city inspection on rough ， 过了， 暖宫也走了。
