今天竟然輸了個驅逐案。提個醒啊。

被法官dismiss的理由是：不可以在demand for rent notice加上late fee .late fee  is not rent ,只可以在以后追back rent damage神馬時加上。

聞所未聞，大伙還是小心為上。本人還從未輸於這樣的理由，又學到一樣。
