"买不到理想的房子"

Perfect house does not exist, unless you don't have money concern.   Forget about perfect house.  Find a house that is in
a good location ( school, commute, street, lot size, no powerline and not near train/freeway).    If you like eveything except the
house,  you can always always change it.   The other you can not affect.   Believe me.   I bought the ugliest house on the
street is Saratoga two years ago.   Rewarded greatly and now after remodel, I have the best looking house in an amazing
area with great equity.   Best thing I have ever done.   Just thought I share this with you.

P.S.  Had I not bought this house,  it would have cost me at least 40% more to buy the same fixer upper today.  Money I might not
have had.
