Pastor 一家八口的房客，可租吗？

They are relocating from Karnasas to NC.
Pastor:月工资8千 ，另外有其它business 月收入3千。
妻子也在教会工作，director，月收入5,400.还有3千的business收入。
6个无收入女儿。
一年lease@2700/月。
我take care of lawn(0.92 acre)及landscaping.
交一月security deposit.
Last month will not be paid up front.
Have not seen credit, bank statement and pay stubs yet.
