Said I can as long as the next renter has good credit score and the owner still need to do full background check on that person.
Right now the PM do not let me sublease and ask me pay three month penalty even my state law paper stated I could sublease and if they find new renter I only suppose to pay the rent the lost. Is it worth to go to court.
