昨天看了看以前想买又没买的房子

09年想出价91万买这套位于湾区SV的房子的，后来实在不喜欢这个房子的layout，高中又是著名的乔布斯的母校，一个6分以小流氓多而出名的学校，就放弃了。昨天查了zillow,后来是以89万5成交的，现在的估价看照片
