Mold discovered in attic plywood (under roof shingles) for a hou

Mold discovered (black spots)  in attic plywood (under roof shingles) for a house I am interested to buy

Are they serious?  Shall change all the plywoods?

If so, how much?  It is traditional slope roof.  Roof is about 1000 sf.. House is 2 stories. Built in 1997. Roof is original
