同一家roofer的proposal, 我不明白为啥差这么远，不就多顶了plywood吗？

1. Remove all roofing, Install ice and water shidld at bottom 6 feet of eaves and in valleys. Install 15 lb felt, metal at edges, lead flashings on soil pipes, closed  shingle style valleys, step flashings at wall lines, and new roof vents. install GAF Timberline H.D. Architechural shingles or Certainteed Landmark Architectural shingles.  Any rotten lumber is extra at a cost of $48/hours plus material

Cost: 8,425.

2. Remove all roofing, Install 1/2‘’ cdx plywood. Install ice and water shidld at bottom 6 feet of eaves and in valleys. Install 15lb felt, metal at edges, lead flashings on soil pipes, closed  shingle style valleys, step flashings at wall lines, and new roof vents. install GAF Timberline H.D. Architechural shingles or Certainteed Landmark Architectural shingles. 

cost 13,938.

第二是我告诉他有 wood shingle以后。 为啥差这么远？
