I have actual knowledge of his abandonment.
1. After 3-notice sent, he repeatedly said in text message he would move out.
2. Although he threatens not to move, and threatens to make other trouble, such as change lock, if i do not return his deposit, he moved out his stuff.
3. Today my witness and I inspected the property and found none of his personal belongings. He even clean up the bathroom.
4. He left a mattress in the lawn.
You are right. It is abandonment under 83.05(2)(c).

Take as many photos as you want. Then change lock. That's it!
