２００７年，收入 ６５万
房子４５万，付清了。
老婆看中了湖滨的一块地，吵着要买，２４万，付了１４万，准备一年付清。我知道大牛们要骂我傻，但这种地的按揭利率高，也没法免税，所以还是想先付掉。
４０１，约１０万，同学们太牛了，干七八年就几十万。我是自己出１万五，公司出两万五，同学们有好的建议一定给帮个忙，我先谢了。
投资：
不敢碰中国股市。买了几个股票，全跌，就四巴菲的股票涨。去年如市，今天看了一下，有十八万多，涨了１３％。
现金９万多。
觉得自己不会投资，还要向各位同学多请教。
