LD看中一个1000尺的小房子，但只有1.5浴，会不会比较难租？

LD看中一个1000尺的小房子，但只有1.5浴，会不会比较难租？

1楼有个厕所，2楼3个卧室，但只有一个浴室。

房子位置还可以。但我担心这样只有一个浴室的，租户会觉得生活不方便，会难租一些。


没有这方面的经验，向各位老大讨教一下。
