Move out那个月rent应该prorated吗？

房客4月底租约到期，四月初交房租时说新房没盖好，要extend一个月。我就说好。没说别的。今天她说5月18号搬出，想prorate rent. 当时我想过她可能住不满一月的情况，但想着他们会主动付满一月的。没想到他们现在这样问。应该同意吗？有些犹豫。大家的意见呢？
