Too complicated and too tenant friendly. Law Offices of Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP。they are big law firm for ca eviction only and won't try to ramp up fees like individual lawyers. They serves many property managers and do things clear. Your serving is WRONG by mailing only. If tenant avoid to be personally served. Do post and mail. As minimum read the big ca landlord book.
