后院一个切下来的树墩上发现subterranean白蚁，烧之可以吗？

去年11月给房屋做了fumigation,这次是在远离房屋靠近院墙的地方，在前屋主放置的一块切下来的树墩上发现了白蚁，移动树墩后，土里也看到了白蚁洞。
我打算把树墩搬走丢弃，在有白蚁洞的地方架篝火烧这块土，不知道这样处理可以根除吗？还需要做哪些措施？
