Homebuilders and other housing stocks up big, a time to buy?

Homebuilders are up big today, KBH +6%, TOL, +4%, DHI +4%, builder ETF ITB +5%, and HD up +8%. Is now a good time to buy? LaoZhou and other veterans, any comments? Thanks.
