Two move-in done. Tomorrow's two move-in ready.  The drug user kicked out  to shelter and place secured, will be cleaned and ready for move-in Mon. The other move-in Monday is still not sure.

Tomorrow's maintenance round: electric update: 1 unit, plumbing update: 1 unit.  Furnace/heater check-up: 1 unit. 

This month is too much. I had three move-in Jan and one in Feb. Projected April move-in about 4.
