房子放在市场上已经快一个月了，还没有租出去,...我该怎么办?

房子放在市场上已经快一个月了，还没有租出去。打电话问的人多，去看的人很少，房租已经降到了好几次。

请教有经验的地主们，碰到这种情况我该怎么办？房子本身好象没有问题，是新房而且condition也很好。
