请问敢租给有bankrupt history得人吗?

我们在2005买全新的3500尺的房子，只有老公一人住， 现在老公又relocation, 我们在考虑把房子租出去，广告打出去，有一对夫妇有2个小孩要租我们的房子，可在申请表上他们有BANKRUPTCY的记录，他们告诉我们的原因妻子生大病，几乎快不行了，原来的房子抵债了，申请破产。可以让女方的父亲co-sign lease.我看他们的收入也不算太高，只有$70，000。男的职业是personal carpenter. 我要的租金是$1895， 他们还价$1800，我答应了。请问租给这样的人保险吗? Thank you for your any kindly suggestion!!!!!
