请教： 要用单独的账户来存放房客的deposit吗？

我在伊州(illinois)， 因为和房客有点纠纷， 所以想请教有经验的朋友， 请问房东要把房客的DEPOSIT专门放在一个专门的账户吗？ 而且要在合同上写上这个账户的名字和地址吗？
