请教关于eviction in NJ

房客已经快3个月没付房租了， 还有煤气和电费， 请问有谁知道要好的eviction律师
吗， 另外在file
eviction之前，需要给一个月的notice吗，法院说要， 但是大概看了一下NJ law，好
像不需要，不知道到底应该怎样，

If a tenant fails to pay rent, the landlord may immediately take legal
action to have the tenant evicted. The landlord is not required to
give the tenant notice before filing an eviction suit, except if the
tenant resides in federally subsidized housing.
