强烈呼吁反面例子

大家都讲了很多怎么在房产或其他投资上成功的故事。有没有什么反面例子可以说说的？我们要从成功中学习，也要从失败中学习。不过我知道在过去几年里在房产上失利的估计不好找，市场太好了。大家若没有房地产投资失败的例子，说说其他的投资的也好啊。
