这里地主多, 急问一个房子下水管道的事

一个厕所马桶有点堵，水照样能下，就是花的时间比较长。水管工才看了，用SNAKE抽，抽出来有ROOT植物根茎。现在水管工怀疑下水管道哪里有裂，所以植物能够长进去，我们每次用这个马桶冲水，都有水冲到房子下面去。我们第一次听说这样的事，不知道怎样处理。水管工说他现在可以把马桶疏通，可那个大问题连他都不知道我们应该找谁解决。
