在这里挖个坑吧。请补充， 尤其是managers 自己的钱 是在那里放着的！

Fidelity 的好funds：

Fid leveraged company:
Fid Balanced: The manager has 1 million his own money in.
Fid oversea: I think that Ian Hart (the manger) is a good manager
Fid canada: 5 stars by Morningstar. What about 2008 for Canada?
Fid contra fund: the fund has too much money. do you think it will be a good run for the future?
Fid Natural resources: good one to go.
Fid Southwest Asia: not bad in a long run.

Funds to avoid:

Fid real estate: I think that the manager (Steve Buller) is so so. If you really like REIT, go with Vanguard

Fid international real estate: Why this fund got 5 stars? EGLRX is a better bet.
