刚被 evicted 的房客一家九口 敢租给他们吗？

男的在家带孩子，女的做保险行业的一月有3000左右 有大小7个孩子. 现住的房要1100，刚被人上法院清出,说是中间有两月工作丢了10月刚找到的，我的要价900他们觉得能付得起 很急要我租给他们，能行吗?
