带小狗的租客需要收多少的deposit?

今天刚把房租出。一对小夫妻，男的是刚拿到hightec 的工作，年薪$150，000. 女的正在找工作，看着挺顺眼的。他们有一只澳大利亚牧羊狗，挺可爱的。

我怎么收deposit? 要加房租吗？ 谢谢！
