诚心问这个金融审计的问题。请知道的不吝赐教：））

我常来这儿潜水，先祝各位网友圣诞快乐。天天快乐。

我有一个公司，进口公司，合作的其中一个主要中国供货商今年在美国借壳上了股市二版，我们双方都有意把我们公司也包装上去，那我实质就要估价我的公司，就是要审计，我的问题是，

资产是包括那几个方面？存货当然是，客人网络是怎么说？这个算吗？品牌（在美国有7年的历史）算吗？还有什么是可以算的？怎么样可以让审计对自己的公司有益，当然是客观合理的情况下，请帮忙指点一下。

我是想，本来公司也是个赚钱的公司，如果太不划算，我还是要考虑，毕竟是自己的，可最近好多朋友纷纷在走这条路。
