I am afraid no much you can do. Both the buyer and the seller

can cancel the contract within x business days, or before each party's attorney approval, no need to give any reason.

Can you try to contact the manager in charge and ask directly the minimum acceptable price? or ask them if there is anything you can do to save the deal.
