My brother's bidding result will come in soon-

He bid a 3 BR 3BA one level house for $130K. Listed for $174,900. Previous sale price $385000. It is on the same street of mine.

As he is the only bidder, he has a great chance to get it, but not sure as he cut the price too much.

That one can be rented for $1500 per month and the carrying cost is roughly $1000.
