Metropolitan Realtor Information System ?

used by realtors. Usually if they cannot sell it at the auction, they put it on the MRIS. They still cannot sell it, they reduce the price.

I spot one on the MRIS list, asked my realtor to check it out with me, then send contract offers in. I have made several offers till I get this one.
