万能的投坛，请问懂行或有经验的：gas 暖气不能控制温度，修理要花800-900刀？

刚才PM电话，说冒牌东湾的房子，gas 暖气不工作，今天$89刀请专业公司去开动暖气，这人说，是因为里面的马达有问题，不能控制温度，当温度超过上限，自动跳闸，关闭，要买那个零件大概需要$450，还要换一个什么东东，需要$100-200，加上人工费要$800-900，再加上今天开暖气的启动费$89，差不多$1000刀。

两个月前，warranty打电话要续，我没续，现在就来了，哎-- 是不是不该省这warranty 的钱？

我很幸运，在米国AZ，CA的PM人都很好，负责任，沟通容易，一年也没几个电话，这一有电话，一定是有事。
