不是BSO的BSO

日子过得真快，转眼年底了，如果总结有什么收获，商铺出租率十年来终于第一次达到百分百，还有一个waiting list。

但并不值得提上来BSO，正所谓月园月缺，未到百分百时是目标在前，百分百之后，等候着面对的将会是谁谁，又什么时候会搬走。


商铺开建十年来出租率

 注：要起码约25%出租率去维持所有的开支
