Ask Qiaoshe a question

I know Qiaoshe has a lot of experience in the court dealing with bad tenants. Would you please give me some suggestions? The tenant always pays late and pays in two payments without a late fee. Can I evict them by these reasons? How much of a chance do you think I have to get back my house? The rental property is in Gwinnett.Thanks.
