I received a letter in the mail this afternoon in regards to a reported incidence with my dog. I wanted to take the opportunity to explain what did happen and how the situation was handled so that you are aware of what occurred.

I ran after, throwing my things to the ground to grab him. I spoke with the lady, who was walking her dog and apologized.
