在Auction.com拍了个房有问题请教

刚在节前在auction.com拍了个房子，auction.com通知交压金现在开始等银行审批，房子是银行shortsale的。之前没有看过房子，拍到后listing agent主动打电话带我们去看房子,我们就去看了。现在想我们没有中介。自己在网上拍的，自己是wining bidder.要交5%的手续费给auction .com.这是拍卖前的instruction就知道的。现在不知道listi gagent带我们看了房子要向我们付他中介费给他吗。我们在湾区。
