房子终于卖掉了。

escrow 来电话，房子卖了，看来买主想利用感恩节长周末搬家了。

 

上市3个月碰到第一个出价的就卖了。比理想要价少了10万 (about$500k below zillow's estimate)。冬天买家少，也懒得再拖了，地税，保险，利息的carrying cost 太大，明春的行情也难讲。

 

住了3年多，好在有50万的免税gains. 不用交税的感觉，真好。^_^
