The house is not a brick home, 1280sf, built in 1979, 3/2/2, side garage, asking for $69,950 (after recent $8,000 price reduction). Currently rent for $895. Tax is $1600, insurance is around $1000. Zip code: 79423, not much room for appreciation, medium community, lower middle class, some home owners, some renters. Does it worth to buy?
Another problem -- the description of the property has this: "The A/C unit has been replaced w/Trane units and reversed the air flow and additional insulation" What does the "reversed the air flow " mean? Seems the house had some big problem before?
