浴室水赌了，什么办法最好？

出租房一个浴室的水漏不下去了，让房客自己用了draino，让他们试图把头发什么的拔出来，他们说没用，还是不畅通。用什么工具和办法最好呢？可以自己处理吗，还是叫plumber去修一下算了？
我想学习下，以后知道遇到类似问题如何应对。谢谢。
