请大家帮忙出出主意.朋友和她老公目前面临付不起房贷的问题,请问

Real sad to see this. As thrift as Chinese goes, some of us also fall into this RE bubble scam.

Let's pray for this couple. And hope they learn a lesson for the future investments, from stock market to the real estate market.
