请教行家一个破产短买房的问题

 情况是这样的： 短卖屋，屋主破产（chapter 7), 我们今年夏天递的offer, 被接受，然后开了escrow, 交了deposit。
经纪说买卖要等银行和法庭都同意了才可以。

昨天受到破产屋主委任的Trustee的邮件，里面有给法庭的sale motion, 其中提到银行已经口头批准了短卖和我们offer的价钱，但是
还有个overbid process，允许其他qualifed bidders 来公开竞标， 还提到了截至日期，怎样操作等等，明确表示如有
更高的bid, 原来买者（就是我们）的deposit将被悉数退还。

我看了后就蒙了，还以为我们offer 被接受了，银行和法庭只受理我们的offer，敢情这些都不算数！ 打电话问经纪，也说不知道有这一程序。我现在担心的是我们递的价钱比市场价便宜15%左右，如果有人有渠道得知overbid程序，出个比我们高的价格，那我们就没戏了。想问问大家有谁听说过这个overbid process吗？ 如果有人bid， 他们又会从那个渠道得知这个overbid process? 因为目前这个lising的status还是pending。先谢过！
