一个重要问题，如果两个出租房子A（价值30万）和B（价值40万）, A的mortgageq全付完，

B的mortgage还有25万余额。如果龙卷风把两个房子都摧毁 ，为讨论方便假定土地价值为零，

房子A是损失30万。
房子B是损失40万还是15万？
