The asking price for this foreclosed property in Florida is below the price the home sold for new in 2002.

Here are the details:

Feb 15, 2002: $122,300 (New)

Mar 15, 2006: $259,600

Oct 23, 2007: Foreclosed.

Current Asking Price: $99,900

That's why I am so excited as we go forward.
