but the way owner treated them the way it was may have something to do with them showing up with a broken truck, maybe expecting the owners to pay for the parts first (since they have no money). owner, having paid deposit, not seeing any work being done, may be really pissed- that's not what borisg had recommended - so start being mean.

we don't know what triggers.

again, I agree, there are bad people. but mostly, misunderstanding. and people may have hard time paying when they are not satisfied with the service. and they are really happy with the work, when they think they get what they paid for, and when they can afford, they usually pay.

so there just may be other side of this story.
