我要买的第一个银行拍卖房--不买了。

After careful calculation, I don't feel it worths it.

The rooms are way too small. There is no master bedroom. There are two small, I mean very small, smaller than 10x10, bedrooms in the main level. One small bedroom in the basement.

The ceiling was totally tored off in the basement. It looks like the previous owner tried to install the AC but never finished.

It is also very close to I95 and terribly noisy.

The agent strongly recommended me to bid for $150K and told me that I would not be able to get it if lower than that bid. Then, I would have to spend $30k to $50 to fix it, mostly extend the back wall to make one of the rooms larger. The total cost would be almost the market value and I have no room for profit.
