这房值不值？

两天前刚签了合同，位置在TAMPA，FL北郊。面积6，975尺，2001年盖的，占地0。7亩。后面是高尔夫球场
在你们那，大概价格多少？
这房子2006年八月卖了1。86M。可今年房主工作地点改变，他所属公司买了房子，通
过relocation公司卖。我们合同是1。325m. 房子在好区，这种上1million 的房子
有接近百所。离上班大概18mile,高速25分钟。
可以看出，房子折扣不小。房价再怎么降，我们想这房子也值。希望住个十几年，
房市好转！您觉得值吗？这房15年后价格会怎样？
