No problem because America has its VC structure

VCs are very willing to invest here. Ideas here can get fundings much easier than any other nations in the world, like Europe and China. Once startups get the fundings, employees can get very high financial rewards from their success. Once they IPO, they get huge rewards from their shares. That can't be true in other nations. US has the best IPO market in the world. Therefore, eventually, the best ideas will bear fruit in this country, rather than in Russia or France or in Beijing. Yes, other nations may get temporarily ahead in ideas and research, but eventually these ideas and research will get funded here in either Silicon Valley or Silicon Alley, and create premium pricing power.
