Sugar ant in the rental house. Do I need pest control serive?

Just finished install all the storm shutter in the rental property.
When we walk in the kitchen to measure the kitchen window. My hu*****and found sugar ant around the counter. 

How many landlord here has pest control service on their rental property?

For a long run, it is nicer to have pest control service  which I understand. It will looks good for landlord side.
For cost factor, it cost around $450 per year. not a lot. but .........

So sould I need to call pest control or just buy those sugar ant trap from homedepot. I use those before in my own house. It works great .
