How to find REOs in MLS? easy

from any site which offer MLS listings, enter the zipcode I gave you, then enter lower price range, for example from 130K to 300K, you will find tons of REOs and Short sales there. Look for "Bank owned" key word in listing deions, you will find tons. Then you go to each county's tax assessment web site, you will locate these properties and find out they are often listed at 30-50% price cut from last sales price. And they are 100K to 200K below county assessment.
