tech and industrial are booming? What's NEW in these areas

in the past few years? Nearly none. The cheap money only flew into housing and corp M&A.
Energy is booming in terms of price, what does that bring to us? We're all losers because of it.
Our income has been flat as well. The so call growth is based on debts.
