2. Outdoor unit
3. Indoor coil
4. Drain pan
5. R410A refrigerant
6. 10yr warranty on condensor, coil.
7. Nyr labor warranty (N=1, 2 typically).

Small company, owner is the licensed HVAC tech, Trane certified.  Pretty sure it's not the lowest price in DFW area, but I have used him before and I'm more confident in the quality of his work.  An AC unit is only as good as the person who installed it.
