is the average of last 3-6 month market value.   you know the housing price is trending up in the last 6 month.

你的合同应该有Appraisal contingency， 2000刀预定金能拿回来。    一千美金appraisal plus inspection 已经打了水飘儿。

你可以拿这个和seller renegociate the purchasing price。  但这房子你想多少钱买，还要自己拿主意。  没人能告诉你值不值。

you can ignore Zillow.  it is useless.
